New Zealand. Currently acquisition and main project funding is imminent however actual dates of draw down schedules are still awaited. The delay has being caused by the Y2K fear in the United States which has resulted in most funding transactions being frozen from 1^st December until 2^nd January. The process is now moving ahead.

East Timor. The information gathering mission which went to Dili from 22^nd November until 2^nd December has returned resulting in a strategic plan for a three phase development to be undertaken and funding now is awaited. Click Here to View
